The Villa District is a premier residential community comprised of 135 villas (up to 5 bedrooms) that have redefined the standard for family living. The project includes a golf course and is within comfortable distances to urban commodities. This project was conceived to respond to the need of young urban families looking for an alternative to downtown living.
The Brief
To create a brand strategy and interior design that could demonstrate the Villa District’s relevance to the desired target group, their lifestyle proposition and the projects’ validity in today’s real estate market.
The Solution
The Igloodgn team designed a model home, focusing on balance and symmetry, to appeal to the target buyers with a clear understanding of the vast differences within that demographic. The architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and his prairie style homes were the inspiration throughout this process. Functionality and sustainability were intrinsically a part of this project’s philosophy. The marketing tools and brand imagery were able to communicate the superior quality of the construction and the developer’s commitment to excellence and quality of life.
The Result
The units were sold in record time. Thanks largely to the ability of homeowners to select from ready-made plans or custom-built options the units are timeless and still elicit praise and conversation.
