Created to provide the St-Henry neighbourhood with a place they could call their own, Les gourmets pressés offers the best possible local product all the while making sure their customers feel welcomed and appreciated!
To create an
interior
restaurant design
that would foster the
brand into a franchise, all the while becoming a recognizable name in the catering industry.
Igloodgn opted to re-use, focusing on salvaged and reclaimed pieces, because of their patina and personality. We responded to a triple bottom line: environmental, economic and social sustainability. Our goal was to recycle the material, the energy and the intelligence behind all these objects.
The
interior

was such a success in encouraging the increase in customer dwell time, that sales rose to the point of expansion into a second location. Our
restaurant design
for Les gourmets pressés also won the award 'Grand prix du jury' by Design commerce Montréal.
